The information here is taken from a valuation commissioned by Talbot and published in Dec'1980. This was soon after it had acquired the former Rootes assets from Chrysler.
It lists all the manufacturing premises at the time, gives detailed information about the land owned and activities carried out and produced as a report. This commissioned to be undertaken by Gerald Eve & Co., chartered surveyors of London.
The following tables summarise their findings. The regional offices seem to have been given little value as they were leasehold.
