K2 (1, 1956)

The first drawings of a Formula and a Gran Turismo car date from 1956 and the resulting car, K9, was somewhat different.

This was a scale model. [more info ?]

The following photograph was sent to me by Peter Hardy. This carries the number TK 57.

Note the similarity of the wheels of this car to the alloys with imitation knock on hub specially made for K19 later in 1975.
